I wouldnt even waste my time with that. Get an oil sandwich plate from somewhere like golden eagle. Tee's are prone to to breaking right at the threaded area due to block vibration.

Default ls vtec T adapter

one reason why i dont want to run a sandwich plate is because im afraid that it might leak on me. Ive heard of the brass T's breaking which is why this post got started in the first place. I would think that a steel T would solve this problem. correct me if im wrong.

Anyone else want to add anything?

dude123 is right thats aluminum. Do yourself a favor and go to home depot or lowes. They have every thing you need steel or brass but their AN fittings are in brass, which is best for plumbing. How in the heck would a fitting break? I could see- maybe if the braided line was too short but other than that it would be damn near impossible unless the installer over tightend. Home depot also has stainless braided lines for less than 5$. Just look in the faucet/toilet/shower section next to the fittings than buy reducers needed
