Default Type R Integra Front Sway Bar Versus GSR Sway Bar ??

Did use the red search button but to no avail.
Is the Front Integra Type R Sway Bar larger than the GSR Front Sway Bar ? Has anyone switched and noticed any difference ? is it a straight swap ? I know the rear JDM Type R Sway Bar is 23mm and larger than the GSR rear. Trying to squeeze the most out of the sedan gsr. Already have Eibach Proline springs and Eibach shocks, looking to do the sway bars next. Thanks for the help.

searching google I found a couple of sites selling JDM New front sway bars. They say they are 25mm and the usdm front gsr bar is 24mm. I don't know if the 1mm or 13% will make any difference. The rear JDM type r bar is 23mm and is 9mm bigger than the gsr. The bars come with oem rubber bushings so no squeeking. Looks like the Type R rear upper strut bar would help as well.
Has anyone switched their gsr suspension to type r ? did you notice a difference ?

If I remember right...

USDM ITR front = 24mm
JDM ITR front =25

USDM ITR rear = 22
JDM ITR rear = 23

so... if the usdm gsr bar is 24, then they are the same.

The GSR and USDM ITR front bars are exactly the same

And they're both way way too big, imho. Someone trade me a smaller front bar for my stock GSR bar.
