Currently running KSport kontrol pros. Love it. Very smooth ride, increased handling. Wouldn't go back to a shock/spring combo. I had tokico blues/vis vspec II coilovers.

I'm going to call bs unless you're lowering the car from the spring perch instead of up from the shock body. That's the only reason why I almost blew my Ksports. 10 miles a day wouldn't do anything to anything unless you're taking this car off cliffs and through the forest at 120 mph.

I love my Ksports, 10k front and 7k rear and they are awesome. A little tough on the 420 mile drive I make once or twice a month, but other than that they are great.

your dumb if you thought you lowered it from the spring. i know how to lower the car. everything was set right. Thats my ******* point. i drive to work and back and the shocks blew. Never tracked. hardly on a freeway. Maybe im the only one that has this problem. Maybe its because it gets 0degress during winter time where i live. Maybe i got a bad batch of them. I dont know

im sending them to autoline. they told me it should be covered. I bought them from andy (super cool guy) at BodyNW and im not sure on the date i bought them because i never got a receipt so I left it up to andy to send them the copy of it. My friend got Fuction 7 (which looks idenical) and blew a shock 2 month (also Daily Drivin) of having them. And they just sent him a shock. I wish they would let me just do that and i just send them the shock. because now i have to take off the suspension and put all my stock stuff on and send them the shocks. Dont get me wrong. they ride good and handles nice but its a pain in the *** specially that i just took all my suspension off a month ago to have one fixed

Vtecvoodoo:
No i did not get it align. Thats another possiblity. i cant find no one to do it since i am running some camber. The shops said they will not touch it until i have a camberkit so i just put it on the backburner til i get my volks in.

Dinko:
thats correct. ya they did take care of the first shock. im trying to get ahold of BodyNw to have them Email my receipt so it can get fixed. I been PMin him about it because last i talk to him he said it was under warranty but it was close to bein expired. so we will see.

That is good to know I just placed an order for my set of ksports, but that was before I started hearing a few of these stories of them leaking.

How much was your car lowered or do you have a picture of it lowered on ksports? I know people claim you can be "slammed" with these but you're askin for trouble if you're tuckin an inch of tire i think.

did you maybe pay with a credit card? check your statements maybe you can get a date of purchase that way. or if you payed through paypal I know they'll keep track of your payments for long periods of time..

How low were you? That does sound pretty shifty, I hope it was just a bad batch and that you get everything back on your car and in working order. Yeah I was pretty dumb for lowering it the wrong way. Riding on bumpstops even though I was still at like two finger gap? And it took me two months to figure it out...

Here's to hoping you get it all squared away

Ya ill get some pictures of the new shock i got. The seals looks more beefier then the other three i have. Ya the tires are lined with the fender. I have the camberkit but i dont want the tire to smack the fender so i left them off. Ya i used a credit card. i was searching the statement but remembered to just switched banks. They ride ok but time you will notice stock or even a shock/spring combo ride much better.

me too. I wont front people. if they suck i will tell you they suck. all im saying its a Ok system. I mean i spend 900 on a full kit. (camberkit F/R, LCA, 36-way suspension) i expect them to last longer then the year warranty they give you specially when i dont drive it hard.
