Default light weight under drive crank pulley

I am building a F22A6 from a 93 honda accord ex coupe. I've heard that putting an under drive pulley on my car could cause my car to throw a rod or wear on the main bearings if my car's crankshaft is not balanced...has anyone put an underdrive pulley on their car or know how well the crank is balanced from the factory? And i've also hear that it is a good idea to put a light weight fly wheel on the car along with the pulley to balance both ends of the crank.

Does anyone have any advice or help?...or has anyone installed either of these?

I found out about the motor i was building and that light weight pulley honda motors are internally ballanced with a ballance shaft/timing belt just to pass on the new info for everyone who look at this and had no idea
