Which valves springs would you use for b.c. 3 cams? I was thinking of upgrading my itr springs, and i had supertech and omni valves springs in mind. what yould you use and why?

because the omni and supertech are a bit less expensive than the b.c. valves springs, but i was wondering if they are sufficient for the b.c. 3 cams.

Don't waste your money on BC springs.

Rocket, Supertech, or OMNI.

I have the BCIV and use the omni springs. So I assume that they would hold up to the III's.

Yeah, im leaning towards omni since i heard they supposedly wear out the cam lobes less than much stiffer springs like RM.
