ITR Expo Documents that all Attendees need to have
I have included the two documents that ALL EXPO attendees need to read and have, expecially the tech inspection form. The tech inspection form needs to be brought to the driver's meeting on Monday morning.
The Expo site will have these documents posted in Word format shortly. If you know someone that is going that doesn't frequent the board, please get them this info.

To Whom It May Concern:
This is to confirm that you have been accepted for the ITR EXPO driving school sheduled for May 27th and 28th. Registration is held at the track in the Yellow Building between 9 and 9:30 am. We hope the following will help you to prepare for a fun driving and learning experience. THIS IS NOT A RACE OR TIMED EVENT.
- Go through your car at home and empty out all unnecessary items from the trunk and passenger compartments. Unload whatever is left in your car at the track before the driver’s meeting which is held at 9:30 am eastern time. PLEASE NOTE: ANYONE MISSING THE DRIVERS MEETING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN. THE ENTRY FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. There should be no loose items in the interior or in the trunk. Glove boxes should be emptied as well. Remove floor mats and hub covers if applicable.
- Don’t forget to plan for weather. Try to pack in weather proof containers because your car will be unpacked regardless of weather. You might want to consider a waterproof tarp.
- Make sure your car is ready USE THE ENCLOSED TECH SHEET AS A GUIDE.
- Cotton clothing is recommended. Wear flat soled no slip shoes. Sandals, high heeled shoes and boots are prohibited.
- A Snell 90 or newer helmet is required.
- Don’t forget sunglasses, hats and gloves and, have plenty of liquids available.
- Bring rain gear…. we drive in the rain and it’s a great learning opportunity.
- Refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages the night before. It can seriously affect your reflexes during the school. The use of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited by any participant or guest during the school session.
- Entrants and guests can accept rides with instructors and designated advanced students.
- Minors must be under the supervision of an adult at all times

_______ POWER TRAIN: clutch adjusted, transmission and differential fluid levels ok
