Default New Exhaust Poll/Question

K guys, I´m getting a 2nd generation b16 put into my hatch, and I might as well get a new exhaust system while i´m at it. I´ve had the apexi N1 on my old hatch that had a LS swap. It was pretty loud. I really like that style exhaust, and I was looking into the HKS hi-power, its a bit smaller, and i´ve been told it sounds better than the apexi N1. Another route I´m thinking about taking is the quite/stock looking exhaust systems like the tanabe hyper medallion, or the sp, or ws2. I also have a rear lip, so I don´t know if i´m gonna have to cut my rear lip to fit some of these exhaust systems...?

Here is a picture of my car... what exhaust would you go with and why?
thanks in advance!!

N1 for sure... I'd rather have that one because it sounds better and I just love how they are cocked to the side at an angle :]

...Clean lookin' hatch by the way

HKS still has the JDM tite angle, but will be better for daily driving. It will be quieter then the N1, but from what i have heard it sounds sick.

just get an ES tuning muffler and have a muffler shop make you custom piping. sleeper look is best.

The Tanabe Super Hyper Medalion is great sounding exhaust, very deep. It is loud enough to know you made a $400 investment but it won't drive you crazy on the highway. i have it on my 2000 Si and i love it.

thanks everyone, and clean *** hatch Throwdown, 850 I see, I go there sometimes for FSU games, i´m at UCF.

Yeah I had the N1, It was pretty loud, but I was told the HKS is not as loud.

But does anyone have any of these exhaust with a rear lip? Will I need to cut it, or does anyone know if it will clear as is?
