Good cams for a f22?

Has anyone put in some new cams in their f22? That sounds pretty awesome, then again I would imagine a good h22 head with high compression pistons would be a better idea.

i had the delta cam regrind, i think it was the 282. i didnt get to tune it, but the low end suffered. high end was great. for the price, i dont think u can beat it. it was on the b2 non vtec.
