I got scammed out of $620 by a guy going by the name of Roy Rhodes from Allen, TX. This has been ongoing for over 4 months now, I've definitely exercised extreme patience and let his lame excuses slide for a long time but I'm done now. I purchased from another forum but it doesn't have much activity so I thought I'd post here where all the peeps are at! If someone is able to help me recover my parts or money there will be a reward. Originally the deal started out for an ITR head & manifold. But that went sour when he claimed he had a friend ship it for him but he thinks the friend stole it or something. He promised he'd make good by sending my an ITR tranny instead, however that never showed up either, just more excuses. Like saying he accidentally sent it to a wrong address and it got returned, blah blah. It's a convoluted story containing a lot of BS.

In the end I was a sucker for a "good deal" and spent more than my budget allowed for the head, then didn't get it and had to come up with a few hundred more to buy another from a local. Long story a little shorter, this loser ruined my whole build plan by taking almost 30% of the budget, now I've been scrambling to sell off my aftermarket stuff just to put together a nearly stock engine.

Postal money order. Even spent extra to have USPS overnight the money so he would ship it out quicker. Just more wasted cash.

I don't know if he is on HT, and if he is I don't know his username. I did the deal on another forum but it rarely has traffic so I thought I'd have a better chance of someone living near him in this forum.
Not sure who that is whose info you posted. I don't want to drag innocent parties in the mud or anything.

I sent him a pm and told him Id be at his front door step with 40 other pissed off tuners if he doesnt refund your money!

I appreciate the sentiments of all, however I'm trying to resolve this in a non-violent manner. SinSeven and I both have been in contact with the seller today, who has agreed to allow him to act as mediator and come get my parts early next week. So, we'll see how it all works out now...glad I posted up here about this and found cool peeps!

Well, if they pick up your parts for you, they are still going to have to ship the stuff to you(costing you money) make sure that idiot gives you some extra parts, on top of the stuff you have already paid for.
