Default Radius arm question

Could a bent radius arm cause your front wheel to touch fender under breaking?? see im still having this issue where my right front tire touches my fender whenever i brake hard, the only thing i see that could be causing the problem is a bent radius arm, when i took it to a machanic he couldnt find out the problem but the rod is cleeearly bent.

yes it would..my car had a bent radius rod and the wheel would touch the fender just sitting still...But when i went to replace mine i also found that the crossmember and lca were bent also, because when i got a new radius arm it didnt bolt to the lca or crossmember right..
