Verify that you do not in fact have a cow or other animal lodged somewhere in your vehicle.
Eliminating that, I'd start checking for loose pieces... it sounds like something might be vibrating when it hits just the right frequency.

Looks like these are your two options:
1.) don't drive right at 2700 or
2.) check the heat shields and muffler piping to make sure there's no contact between any of them. It helps to have the car on when doing so.
Simple right? Now stop wasting our time and go collect some data.
