I don't need to know how install a lip problem i have is that i had a dual muffler on my civic and i made a few cuts to fit it properly now my question is will the lip cover that lil cut i have or am i going to be buying a new rear bumper?

 

depends on what bumper hb or cp/sd and what lip and how far you cut any pics
