To answer your question, unless your friend wants to be the third person in history to do a B-series swap into a 7th gen by forking out tons of money for custom work, no it isn't possible. First off, it'll never be a legal swap, since his chassis is older than the motor. Secondly, no company makes parts for the swap. I'd say, just stick with no.

Tell your friend to buy the motor now any b series will fit perfect. Then make sure you tune your VTAAAKKKK because you have such a new chassie, If you dont you will regreat it.
