Bumper light replacements

Is it an easy install for a noob like me, or should I get some mechanic to do it for me?

quality of the lights ... idk
as for if they are easy to install yeah really easy take out the screw and pop them out gotta put a little umph into popping them out though. no need for a mechanic for this one.
