Not that I, personally, am confused by anything you've said, but maybe - just maybe - for the benefit of the community you could post up exactly which fuse you replaced so that people with similar problems in the future know how to fix it.

the fuse for the cluster is called instructor light or something like that it says it all the little fuse panel. Theres a fuse in there that u can take off to help protect your car from thieves.
