I'm pretty sure they're separate fuses which would lead one to believe that maybe the switch crapped out before a fuse popped.
I was driving my friend's IS300 for awhile w/o turn signals, it's not too bad, just be careful when cops are around and know what cars are around you and what they are doing / that they know what you are doing.
I'm not sure which fuse it is but pull 'em all out 1x1 and check 'em...
There's only like 15 or 20.

Turn signals are not absolutely necessary, esp. if you use the appropriate hand signals. Just something to keep in mind while you're trying to fix it.
Do your hazard flashers work?

The switch is in your steering column. You still haven't said if your hazard flashers work or not.

Turn signals are on one fuse, one switch and one flasher (In MOST applications for those of you who chose to be *********** and say "well on the blah blah blah they use 91283498235 fuses, i dont care).
Why drive around with broken ****? Oh yea that's right because you spent too much money on the car to be able to fix it. I've had two Lincoln Mark LT's this year, the first one was totaled because some broke retard in a honda changed lanes into me on the highway. I ran up the back of his car and ended up upside down in the median. The winnings from the lawsuit let me buy the next one in cash and pay off my student loans. Just some food for thought.

OK... so you've got a teg dash in your Civic, and your turn signals don't work now. You can't properly troubleshoot the circuit, because, hey, the circuit isn't connected. I know I've seen threads about how to properly wire a teg dash swap....
If the hazard flasher switch is completely disconnected, the turn signals don't work. So, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here and say that the signals USED to work AFTER you swapped the dash. How did you wire the circuit? Has the thought occurred to you that perhaps your wiring came undone?
