? and yes i checked the fuse and the bulbs . but i cant seem to get my brake lights to work on my del i checked everything even the spoiler light on the roof doesnt work. i suspect the little mechanism on the brake pedal not workin. any body have a clue i hate to take that out and not be it .
sounds like thats what it is. check your fuses again....for some reason when my break lights went out it was the fuse under the hood that went out. it had NOTHING to do with my break lights...so check all those first. i made the mistake of replacing the piece under the brake for nothing.

There's a little switch with a button on it, when you press the brake it depresses that button.
When that button is depressed, the lights go on.
The switch is located at the arm of the pedal, above the part where you step on, just slide under the dash on your back and you should see it.
NOTE: You might see two, one's the brake switch, and one's the clutch safety switch.

ii dont kno if this works on egs but on my DC this happened and i had no idea but then asked one of my friend who worked at honda old saybrook. and he said in the engine bay there are fuses(duh) but there is one mark back up. has nothin to do with reverse lights it is a secondary fuse to power certain things and this was one of them, check that and let me kno if that works good luck
