What would i need to do in order to remove that peice?

where can i get it? junkyard ? where is a close one in the bay area?

long time ago my civic was involved in a minor accident and it caused that part to bend, now its rusted beyond anything. It just looks horrible. i want to get it replaced.

lol. take it off

 

if you open the trunk you can sse one of the screws & when you look inside the trunk right behind the side closes to the quarter panel there is the other there are only 2 screws that hold that piece
