Default CRX SWAP FOR THE PRICE?

I Got a d15b2 stock engine in my 88 rex... my friend told me he'll sell me his 92 ZC Vtec engine with the transmission for $300 along with a mastercylinder and a brakebooster... that will fit my car because he had all this in his 88 Rex that he wrecked... is it fair price? i need the brake booster and the master cylinder because mine is missing... Should i purchase this from him... would it be wise or what?

It sounds good as long as the motor and transmission are in good mechanical condition. To run it optimum you are going to at least convert over to MPFI ( http://www.angelfire.com/d20/h....html) and the best is to do this and convert it to OBD1 and run a P28 chipped for the ZC's specs.

How much mileage sounds good... it had about 100k but my stock engine right now alone has 130k so is it worth the time and labor?
