How much would you pay for this CRX?
I don't have any pics, so let me first apologize for that. Sorry. It's basically a stock 88 CRX HF. Stock body, 140K, 5 speed, sunroof minimal (if any) rust, and it has one quarter panel replaced, the other is in the back of it. Now i'm thinking of offering anywhere from $1000-$1250. Am I lowballing? I'm pretty confident that that's a good price, but I'm not sure. It does have a couple little things wrong with it, but nothing major. Do you think that's a good offer?

A) These threads are not allowed as far as I remember.
B) HF with a sunroof? That's the second time I've heard this, and I still don't want to believe it.
C) You do mean the quarters right? Cause those have to be cut out and welded in to be fixed. You don't know how good or bad of a weld job was done, and I'd be afraid of why they were replaced in the first place. In any case, I would say 1000-1200 isn't a bad offer. I got my '91 CRX DX for 1200 and everything except the seats were in tip top shape, with about 153k on the clock.

Oh, my bad. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to ask about this kind of stuff. :\ Yeah, maybe it's a dx, in any case I suppose I could ask for pics from the seller.

DX didn't have stock sunroof either. Si is the only model that came from the factory with a sunroof.
My suggestion to you is do the homework first on the VIN.

If you really wanted to get our opinion on what we think you should pay for it then you would need pictures. Kind of a must have when asking how much we think you should pay. And to get an accurate price range we would have to be there to look over the car. And thats obviously not going to happen. So I would say its worth about 800 or so. you didnt say anything on if the engine runs or how strong it is. So for all I know the engine could be blown. So if thats the case, then 200. And I agree with the above people on saying ive never heard of an hf with a sun roof. And you would need to get a carfax report or something to make sure thats legit. But good luck on getting that rex. I love those damn cars.
