Alright, I got a eg in a recent trade that the front windsheild was obviously "ghetto rigged" It leaks real bad in rain. And apparently bad enough they felt they needed to drill a 1/4'' hole in the passenger floor pan to let the water drain out of .

Now I want to fix this car up to near mint to sell it. I already got mostly all the interior spotless, the hole welded up, new quarter on the drivers side, rustless everywhere else, new paint almost all around, and getting a new windsheild soon. But I have to find these leaks asap because its making the clean interior smell like ****.

I know it cant be just the windsheild because every day I go outside and the inside windows are soaked with condensation. Like really bad. Even now at 10pm the whole inside of the car is fogged up. All day today I searched high and low, looked at every seam, sprayed the hose around, adjusted the hatch glass and tail gate to close tighter. And found nothing.


Now I heard before a method of filling the car with a type of smoke and using some type of vacuum source and just going around the car and where there is a slow leak the vacuum will suck out alot of smoke. Any one heard of this or know a better method? (besides waiting for Safe-Lite to get here and fix the windsheild)

 

well its not the windsheild...anyone care to take a guess???
