Does anyone know what is the temperature a ek d16 header runs at?? should I get a stainless or coated header for my d16? what one is better?

they get pretty hot. I don't know the temperature though, the plastic shrouding in the front of my car came off and the header melted it if that gives you any idea. As for what kind, the ceramic are nice, but they cost a good bit. If heat is your concern, just buy some thermal tape at Advance auto parts and wrap the **** out of that thing
