Default HELP.. CAR shakes vitally.

I have 94 Civic coupe DX.

I'm not sure what's going on but whenever my car reaches 60 MPH. The car starts to shake vitally.. What seems to be the problem?

It's on a generic coilover with springs dropped a little bit with 95 GSRs. Checked Tires pressure and it was reading.. 2.2. Please help.

are your tires balanced ?? and what do you mean your tire presure is 2.2 ?
at low speeds im guessing your car goes straight and your alignment is correct ? steering wheel shaking ? or is the car shaking.. shaking while braking ? ? plz be a little more clear on your situation

that's what it read on gas station pressure reading gauge.. sorry. I'm not too sure if they are balanced or not.. but all the pressure of the tires are the same.. I thought that might be the problem so I even them out.

At low speed car drives fine.. just bought this car and the previous owner told me that he never had this problem and I just had 95 GSR FAT FIVES installed. Steering wheel shakes pretty badly when driving 60+ and sometimes they just lean by itselves even at low speed going over shitty roads and bumps.

first off spend afew bucks on a decent tire gauge available ANYWHERE.. read the max psi for the tire and fill it near that.. not over and not too under.. does the car go straight ? maybe it needs an alignment.. it shaking whne your breaking ?? could be warped rotors..

imo im guessing changing rotors/pads and an alignment would solve your problem. try jacking up the front end of the car and wiggle the front wheels to see if they have any play... could be old/warn bushing or something damaged.

I dont think it's the brakes.. cuz it doesn't shake when I brake.. I'll try and get the alignments done.. and balance the tires as well.. hope this fixes the problem.

wah?

your tires should probably be at or around 40psi.
2.2, whats that gigawatts? unless you're measuring the output to your flux capacitor i have no idea what 2.2 means.

also check your rims for things that look like weights...if you don't have them then your tires aren't balanced.

A little international awareness helps here.

2.2 bar is ~ 32psi. (31.908 if you want to get technical).

OP: Check the tires for balance. Sounds like you might have thrown a weight.

tire wear can also cause this problem.

check out the tread on your tires.

Thank you guys for your help. Appreciate it alot.. I bought the tire pressure gauge.. they all read 35 psi. My tires read "44 psi max" but I noticed that the rear passenger side tires leaks.. could this be the problem? and when I say it leans by itself.. I mean the steering wheel turns right by itself quite often.. like I'd be driving and whenever there's a bump or two.. the wheel would turn right by itself.. grrrr.. it's really irritating..
