it would help if you post what trim is your accord, if you have a lx,dx,vp, it's a direct fit.
if you have ex, se, or the DOUBLE din deck, you will need a mounting kit

I shoved a 98 cd deck w/ the slave tape and cd changer into my 95 lx wagon and it's not bolted down as of yet...haven't decided how to go about doing that....
