Swapping back to stock rear swaybar from ITR swaybar
Going back to the stock GS-R rear swaybar. Anyone do this before? Since the tack-welded nuts are gone and the holes are enlarged, would some large washers suffice for reinforcement? I was using the BSQ kit.
Any other ideas are appreciated.

Interesting. Are you selling the car? You'll probably have to use your washer idea. Good luck. Pics of the finished project would be nice. I would like to know how to do this as well if the time ever comes...
Actually, I'm just moving the ITR swaybar to my LS. My sister will be driving the GS-R until she gets her own car.
I'll try to get pics up for future reference.

That's a great idea. If I had a spare BSQ kit and the bushings on-hand, I would definitely do this.

I feel dumb. And I'm surprised nobody caught this...
but being that I haven't been under that part of the car in a long time, I forgot that the welded nut that had to be removed was for the ABS bracket. The stock locations are still intact. No mods are necessary to return to stock unless you insist on having the ABS bracket bolt on there. Simply bolt the stock unit on with the stock brackets.
