Pick up a lsvtec setup for my hatch and TPS is broke off, need help on how to replace since its riveted or is it just easier to replace the throttle body?

easier to find a TB. they are cheap and easy to put on. personally i wouldn't recommend an aftermarket or oversized one, but do what you want...

Yeah it would be easier to replace just the throttle body, but, if money is a problem you can always get a dremel, make slits in them as if you were to screw it out like a flat head. Don't bother calling the dealership asking if they sell just the sensor alone, they're going to sell you the whole manifold. Just search around eBay or the for sale threads, think they should only cost about 20 bucks a pop. Somebody correct me if i'm wrong, I think most D-series and B-series Throttle Position Sensors are interchangeble. Good luck.
