Default help with springs...

well i just bought some Coilover Lowering Coil Springs Kit and i was wondering how to install them? my car is already lowered, i just want to make it so i can adjust them for winter use.. is there any negative/positive things about thesE? pleae let me know.. or should i stay with the after market lowering spring..(non-adjustable...

well, its a 1996 honda accord ex "vtec"...sorry about the (most important info) haha.

just unbolt the strut assembly. You can find out how to do that by buying a chilton or haynes manual. And im guessin from your post that you already have springs or coilovers so just take those out and slip on the new ones ta-da. If not then please use a spring compressor. I know tons of people will say different but better safe then sorry.

na..most lowering spring will upseat when fully extended/unloaded, that's where the chucking from
