Christmas times= fun car problems.
Okay so i was driving my car home last night and it was driving fine. after driving for maybe thirty minutes my car started to bog down and get real hesitant to make power. not to sure what it is, i checked it today and the oil levels are fine and the distributor is brand new. even when not in gear and i give it gas it is steal hesitant. anyone know what to do? it is a 92 civic, d16. thanks.
if you have no technical knowledge or common sense, then just bring it to a shop. You need to know the basics of engine thory if we're to help you diagnose this over the internet.
with that said.
you need 4 things for a motor to run well, right ammount of fuel, right ammount of air, good compression, and spark at the right time. Changes are, one of these is not happening the way it's supposed to.
Easiest thing to do is check your spark plugs. Tell us what they look like.
