internal circuit failure

does anyone know what this could be on a 2000 integra rs
ive changed car hraness engine harness and map tps iac dizzy
still cant figure it out please help

How did you com to the "internal circuit failure" conclusion? Anyway, if Im not mistaken, it means your ECU is bad.

Acura made an RS model in 2000? Did you pull the CEL code? There is a procedure listed in the FAQ thread.
