1994 accord @ 200k miles. Time to -freshen- suspension >> Suggestions?
My beloved J-vin accord is going to soon hit 200,000 California salt-free mostly highway driven miles. I've decided to keep the car for as long as I can as its in great condition paint/exterior/interior-wise, engine health as inferred by my 28-29 mpg is good and my my oil usage is only 1/2 quart in 4-5k miles.
So having said that, off the top of my head I have
1) OEM outer tie-rods
2) aftermarket rear sway bar end links
Anyone have input into replacing the balljoints or anything else I should/could look at? Perhaps this could be the start of a archived thread into what goes into freshening these cars as we're ALL getting up there in mileage.

I just got the prothane motor/torque mount inserts. I just installed the front insert and I notice a pretty good difference when downshifting, accellerating and lack of wheel hop. It was a great way to spend $25. I haven't had a vibration issue yet, but I'm scared to put in the rear mount, but I will soon.
My moto is don't mess with it unless its broken or worn.
First you should evaluate your condition of your steering
and front end components. Shake the front wheels for
excessive play. Then I would start looking into what should
be replaced.

Agreed ^^^ Replacing parts for no reason will only waste your time and money, but the outer tie-rods are a good start
Making sure your FWD Front end is all nice and tight is always good and should be maintained regularly.
