Default High preformance custom airbox for ITR an Civic

High preformance custom airbox with 200mm alluminium velocity stack (3.5" outlet)


- front and side external filter sandwich built in poliester race foam and two metallic nets
- internal air capacity about 10 liters (which means that a quantity of air already filtered is always ready to be directly injected into the engine
- lateral heat shield (header and hose radiator side)
- easy installation
- available for ITR Dc2 and Civic eg6 with proper junctions for stock intake pipe


Outperforms stock airbox and many other intakes , while equal the performance of Dc2 Integra Type R Mugen airbox as shown below in a dyno comparison


MUGEN AIRBOX (see picture)
- engine output: 212.6 hp at 8688 rpm
- at wheel: 181.8 hp
- din: 215 hp
- torque 185.9 Nm




CUSTOM AIRBOX (see picture)
- engine output: 212.3 hp at 8580rpm
- at wheel: 183.5 hp
- din: 214.7 hp
- torque 184.4 Nm

holy crap that is cool but can you shut the hood? cant use the box still either right? more than just a filer right? a tube running down to the bumper?

no problem at all with the hood.

No tube running down the bumper. the aibox breathes the air from the front, below and lateral (not from the sector near by the header)
