Default Having fuel problems, need some advice

My fuel setups is:

aeromotive a1000 out of tank
custom stainless lines
STR fuel rail
Aeromotive FPR
prelude 345's

Basically what is happening is the fuel pump primes, fuel pressure rises and holds steady on thhe b&m gauge on my rail

i start the car, it idles for for about 5sec's, then the fuel pressure face dives to 0, the motor dies, then you hear the pump turn off

the pump always reprimes if i shut the key off and back on, and pressure rises again

im thinking possible culprits to be FPR, The pump itself(though it sounds healthy), or electrical/relay problem

any ideas of where to start or how to test these things individually?

maybe your main relay?
or your pump.

Wiring problem. Oddly enough it sounds like the ECU/relay thats suppose to allow it to pump for 5 seconds when you turn the key to "on" isn't kicking constant power to the pump when you actually crank the car (instead, its kicking another 5 seconds of voltage to it when it goes from start back to "on"). Its not the FPR, lines, injectors or rail. It might be the pump, but the best way to check that is either get a volt meter and see if the voltage is cutting off or if the pump is cutting off and/or run a constant 12v to the pump and see if the same thing is happening. I'm placing my money on the relay/ecu/wiring issue though.

BTW, did you run a larger power wire to the pump or stock wiring? Also why do you have an outside the tank pump for such small injectors?
