Default lsvtec build

currently have a complete jdm b16 in a running car, i was wondering if it would be smart to build up the head first, then switch the built b18b block into the setup? would the b16 still perform ok with a built head and stock block?

Why not just do it all at once, It would be less of a pain in the ***... But whatever works lol
