Default New Flywheel bolts needed?

im in the process of doing a clutch job. and i want to gather all the parts. its being done at my freinds job.

I have yet to replace the clutch since i had this car. DOnt know if it matters or not but its a itr tranny wiht a rediculous jdm stage 4 double disc clutch, and thank gosh its finnally done.

would it be recommended to buy new flywheel bolts?

thanks

I think they'll be ok unless they look obviously stretched or don't thread back on perfectly. If you can get them for cheap...its ALWAYS "reccomended" you replace that kind of hardware, but not always neccessary.

I hate those kind of clutches too man, especially in a daily driver. I dont know how its "JDM", but any kind of clutch that doesnt have an OEM feel I cant personally deal with. Just my opinion though, others will ONLY use "multiple puck" clutches.

Good luck to you

lol for the jdm part, i found out that most of the jdm clutches thats offered aftermarket are known to be really really hardcore. Yea i insanely hated this clutch gotten used to it after awhile.

thanks

Honda says replace them so, I replace them. It's worth the money to replace them versus having to take the tranny back off if they back out. Some things, I ignore Honda because they're easy to get at, other things like this, I do what Honda says.
