Wow..are you for real?

After all that **** you talked on that other guy for selling his wheels, you went ahead and did the same **** basically.

I'd try the correct forum, such as the Prelude or Accord...forums that have people in them with experience with this motor.

Last time I checked...search still worked.

Hate to be a dick..but karma's a bitch. Shoulda just helped that guy instead of being a *****.

Neither are guys in a Civic forum. Have a coke and a smile..and bring this **** to the Prelude/Accord forum where the OWNERS of these motors hang around.

welp... umm... I'd use an H22 lsd tranny if I couldnt find the tranny for the f20... f20 is basically a destroked h22... and if you didnt know already h series trannys and f series trannys are interchangeble... so if you can find the f20 tranny go with that if not use the h22 tranny...

*whispers* A mod moved it here from one of the Civic forums...

I'm assuming this is going into a Civic, in which case I would recommend using a B-series tranny with the H2B kit. Like Scabbs mentioned, the F20B is basically a 2 liter version of the H22, and shares very little with the rest of the F-series motors.

I really wouldn't suggest using an H- or F-series trans in a Civic or Integra...

And they all had axle problems.... which is why the H2B kit came out. Why not go for the solution that causes the least amount of headaches? Why choose a tranny when you know that there's a better choice that would essentially be trouble-free in comparison?

The H2B kit is basically an adapter kit that allows you to bolt a B-series trans to an H- (or F-) series motor. The kit was intended for Civics and Integras, because the axle positioning was just horrible when people used H-series trannies. The horrible positioning caused constant axle/transmission problems. The kit also eliminates the need for custom mounts, etc that are necessary when using an H-series trans.

it seems an odd choice for a civic it is just a tuch heavy. Also the base line for the h22 has a higher red line. Although the f20 with some custom low compression pistions would be great for a boost set up. well good luck and that kit that was just recomended seems like your best bet.
