need help! not sure if this should be in the suspension section... my car (98 teg) hit a curb and now the wheel sits far enough back to rub against the body of the car. has this happened to anyone, or can anyone guide me in the right direction to fixing it? thanks in advance...

 

thats not tweaked....thats bent. Check the suspension arms, somethings bent/broken and you hope that the chassis isnt ripped. Basically look and see whats "tweaked" and replace it.

 

u have camber issue. u probably messed up your upper control arm. need to get a new one

 

probobly lower control arm/ alignment.

 

I'm thinking that if its so far out that the wheel is rubbing the body, its a little further then the camber/caster adjustment has play for. I mean, I've moved mine all around and I can assure you even on the far ends of the adjustment its not rubbing.

bought my si with the wheel pushed back. it was the lower control arm that was bent. get under the car and look for any tweaked looking parts
