Default Type R Lsd

Does anyone know how well the Type R LSD will hold up. I plan on making my car all motor with about 12:5:1 compression; built block and head. So I dont know if it would be ok to keep the type R lsd or get a quaife or cusco. Also does anyone know how reliable that will be or how streetable. And about how much torque and power will i get out of it?

oem LSD is good enough, but the quaife is a heck of alot better. I've got the ITR LSD, but as soon as I get the chance I will be replacing it w/ a quaife.

I don't like clutch type LSD

Same opinion. Honda LSD is good. Quaife is better.

what's great about the Quaife is it's a Torsen diff (torque-sensing) as opposed to the helical-cut diff that the Type-R is. Can go wrong with either one, but the Quaife is a better bet.
