Default megan front upper strut bar

I own an automatic 05 civic lx. I have an aem short-ram intake, and was wondering if it would be possible to install the megan front upper strut bar with this intake?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

no, u need a DC or neuspeed. I recommend the neuspeed as its a 1 piece design.

I just ordered mine from dezod.com

did u have to cut ur intake?

99% of people can only get it to work if they cut their intake, which i wouldnt want to do

alright does anyone know 100% if it will fit......I dont want to run the risk of purchasing it and it doesn't even fit...so Shawn is their any rattling or hitting of the intake against the megan strut bar when you are driviing....or did the piece of rubber solve the problem...

anybody else with a megan strut bar or any strut bar besides neupspeed and dc....feel free to add your comments

ah k

well first

thasts what i did.

just moved it back and tightened the living shift out of the intake..

it doe snot move.

and then

i took a peice of rubber and put in inbetween them so it would not viberate.

and walah!

saved my self money. im not real to worried about performance with the intake considering it probably doesnt do anything.

i still reccomend the neuspeed. It will give u the best performance for the $$, as its a solid bar.
