NEED HELP.my car boggs and it idles under 1,000
well its a 1996 honda civic dx hb...with a b series...ok but the problem is...my car was RUNNIN perfect but it got INPOUNDED...after i got it out...it starts up PERFECT
i let it warm up..and then...i starts iddlin under 1,000...it goes from..750..to..850...to the..900's...but it never reachis 1,000...then i put it in 1st and it start..like pre boggin but it still moves if i give it full throtle the car moves..but it seem like..sometime is holdin it back..SICK with it...then..it kinda..gets it..and..it goes right back to the..boggin...whats wrong...??
