Default Climte control help

OK heres a picture to help out


The two speeds that I circled do not work. They are just as good as the off postion.
The last two speeds work great!

What could be the problem?

possibly the blower motor resistor which you can order brand new for around$40....it regulates the blower control......its either that or the blower switch itself
