quick question about timing belts?

Default quick question about timing belts?

Will a type r (b18c5) timing belt and tensioner pulley work on a si(b16a)? I need to replace my friends asap and acura by me only has it in stock not honda. Thanks

cool thanks ryan.....i was just curious becuase i thought the deck heights being diffrent would possibly affect it..... tensioners are the same also ?

a B18C timing belt will not work with a B16A!!!!

haha because of the deck height right it would be too long? will the tensioner work tho?

tensioner will work not timing belt

sorry brian thought you were just taking about the tensioner. the tensioner is the same. belt is not.
