Default clutch/tranny experts advice needed!

so heres the deal...my transmission started to act up, i've been hearing this strange grinding sound...it started out low then it got louder, one day i was driving and the car started to bogg and it got hard to put into gear, ever since then my car been sitting,5th gear wont go in all the way wether the car is on or off it goes a lil bit before halfway and pops backout.recently i turn my car but when i let go of the clutch the car would shut off(i dont know if this is due 2 a bad battery , but even when i jump started the car the car still would shut off) now recently a mechanic came 2 check it out and the clutch is pressed all the way in and wont come out for nothing at all. i baught the car a lil bit over a month ago ,he said my tranny got messed up due 2 the car bein too low and the bearings and axles stretching out. but i dont know wether to belive him or not because on my old integra he put in an accord control arm on it...so i dont know if he knows wat hes doing...last week another mech came to check the car and said i needed a new clutch set...so i dont know wether 2 belive that my transmission got messed up from the car bein slammed the front tires are tucking too so he said it stretched out my axles and messed up the tranny or if i just need a new clutch ??i'd like to know ur opinions on wat to do....

if the car shuts off when you release the clutch....something really bad has happened inside your tranny. Sounds like its shot. But I still would suggest finding someone who knows what they are doing look at it.
