Default hunting with electrical load.

hi all.

my car has stated hunting when i put my lights on my crx VT (b16a obd0).

as soon as i put the lights on, or the fan etc the car starts hunting between 1000/500 rpm. with no electrical load it idles at a steady 750 rpm.

any ideas on whats causing the hunting? when i turn the light on etc the revs drop to 500rpm and dont increase with the extra load

cheers
