i have a 92 GSR b17a1.......
-paint your moldings white or shave them .............
-lower the car a little more (if u wanna go lower)
-grab some headers
-maybe change the intake manifold ? (if u wanna)
-short shifter? (if u dont have it throw one on)
-try this setup ...ngk plugs/MSD 8.5 wires/MSD ROTOR/MSD CAP (external coil w/ blaster SS ) = im running this on my car right now and the throttle response is really good..~!!
-depending on what u want your car to look like i would change the amber lenses and throw th clears on , i think white cars look nice w/ clears....its up to u its your car....
theres a lot u can do but these r jus some things i can think of right now.....
u can swap motor n turbo
nah dont go turbo!!

wats up dude this is my first time on ht so yeah...im a noob.lol but anyway ur da is pretty clean,u should get the 92 spoiler on there, that will make ur car look alot better...i have a pretty clean da 2...il put pics up soon..peace!
i think either get a nice lip on your current bumper or get a 92-93 bumper which i think looks better. and get some side skirts deffinatly.
And forget the headers and exhaust until you have decided what your goals with the car are or else your just dumping money without knowing what you are going to do with the car.

oh snap, I see you all over the south city area. You probably remember me by my M3 that got sideways making a left of gallway. you should get at least an oem front lip, or upgrade to the 92 and up front bumper. You should slam it more in the front, get a new steering wheel and shifter. Or you can buy these of me

anyways sold the M3 now i have this. If you need pm I work at jdm theory and can get you a few things.

i got a diy short shifter in it already. im planning to fix the suspension first, i already have tokico blues and h&r reds in it for now, im just wasting it to get spoon coilovers. im putting in the front and rear sturts as soon as i get back. it also seems a bit high since the tires is still 205/40/16, im going up to 215/45/16 when i use this one up too.
im planning to make this jdm as possible.or i guess as much as my budget could take me.haha also, looking for a lip is giving me hard time. i cant seem to find an aftermarket 1, if not im going to stick to the oem.
@in10
i got the ngk plugs right now, i have ngk cables as well. i might the msd in later days. engine wise, il just keep it stock, since everyone is running on vtec or ls-vtec, i might stick to twin-cam just to be different.
@1unclean
i got the moonroof visor at a shop here in the bayarea, for the window, i bought it from passwordjdm. i installed both myself, it took me quite a while figuring it out, but i think i got it to look symmetrical.i think.hehe
@slammed
i think i saw ur m3, the black one, am i right?its the 96 body?e36?im not sure, but i saw you turning left from galway.haha nice turn by the way.steering wheel wise, its kinda old, its the 1st gen monte carlo, but i might just add the spoon horn button.haha shifter-wise, i still plan to change.

thanks for the comments and il be looking into it as soon as i can budget.haha its kinda hard starting off fresh again. keep the comments coming in, i highly appreciate it.

il check if they still have it in stock since i hang out at that shop. as for the window visors, it was stressing as heck.haha its stuck on with the 3m tape and clips w/screws as well so it was confusing. u cant just stick it on cause if its not aligned, its hard to take out again. so what i did was i just peeled off a little of the tape cover in the edges then screwed it on first. also looking for the midget tool, i think the size was 5.5mm, that gave me a hard time too.

To the OP, you might want to photoshop out the plates from your pics, especially if you're telling us you have actual Regamaster Evos and not Slipstreams.

When i had mine i wanted to leave the moulding black and paint the door handles black and the mirrors black to make it flow a little better. also, if you have power door locks with a remote, you might think about grabbing some rear door handles from a 4 door da. gives it a cleaner look. just make sure that the lock on the hatch works so that if the battery goes dead you can still unlock it and get in. also, try a darker tint on the hatch cause i don't know about most people but the sun would shine down on mine in the afternoon and just faded the back seat to hell. Half of it was blue and the other half was grey. ITR shift boot would look good. and thats my 2 cents.
Good luck with it and have fun.

i might just stick with a twin cam setup, i think lsvtec is good and im not into boost, so i might just get a kit that could stroke my engine up to 2.0, but thats the last thing i might to.
@tunernoob and jdmbones
thanks for the look out, edited the pics already, hopefully i wasnt too late.
@twilight
i agree that the moulding makes the car look a bit wider and it keeps the lines of the car clean so i might keep it that way. tint, il be thinking about it.hahaha handles, maybe next year. if i could find some in the yard.
hmm, another thing, anybody wants to get sidemarkers?i can get some from my uncle in japan and philippines and hes coming here next year.hahah just an OT post.

the shops all sold out. theyre not sure when the next stock is coming in. did you try the dealer?cause my friend got 1 for his db7 there, you may have luck there plus it didnt cost much. just around 35.

nothing wrong with the LS, i know many people who swear by it over VTEC... their arguement being usually what good is VTEC if you're already going to be in VTEC at launch, just have the valvetrain set to do one thing and only one thing only and be very good at it... which is a good point... if you're making some good power running slicks you should be dropping the clutch and already be in VTEC... i usually launch all of the cars i had on slicks anywhere from 6,000 to 6,500 RPM, and they were on roughly 6,800rpm redline cars (VW's mainly...)
cams are always nice, i'm sure they're cheaper for an LS than a V car...
