well, i am picking up two d16y8 motors for $175 tomorrow. come with everything, except possibly the trannies. one broke a con rod and ruind the crank and block, other runs like a champ, less than 90k on it. blown motor has good head. i am putting the y8 head on my 88 crx si d16a6, and looking to hook up the vtec. is anyone using the zdyne "worked over" pm6? this looks easy enough for me since i cant wire good. i want to know what u guys think of these. i am going for it almost def., but want to hear from other buyers. thanks. also, did i get a good deal on these motors? they have everything on them except maybe trannies. come with intake manifolds, blocks, heads, headers, everything. both from 98 civic ex with 5 spd. thanks again!!!

alright. thanks. yeah, i figured it was a decent deal. the good one was driven by a 40yr old to work and back. i will part out the blown one prob and try and get a few of my dollars back. head and vc and stuff maybe, or just start hording honda parts like i do with my honda dirtbike!! thanks
