Thickness of headgasket when raising compression.

Thickness of headgasket when raising compression.
I was wondering what most people are doing about there headgasket thickness when they add in about 12.1-13.5:1 compression pistons. Is it best to use a stock thickness with a stock headgasket or do certain companies with a certain thickness work better?
