I have a set of 99-00 civic si wheels with all centercaps in great shape! 1 wheel has a slight rash on the outer edge about 3 in long other than that they're perfect! WHEELS HAVE NO TIRES AND ARE LOCATED IN HOT SPRINGS ARKANSAS..ASKING $275 PLUS SHIPPING. Will take paypal or money orders.
