K20's have been making awesome NA numbers with only simple bolt ons and a tune. Honda-Tech alone is filled with lots of info about the K series, maybe you should do a little research on your own before you make threads that make you sound like a dumbass.

You have been reading wrong. Not only does (most) of the K20s have regular vtec, they have vtc, which actually adjusts the cam gear so it can advance the cam and make more power, stock. It's like adding a adjustable cam gear, that is always adjusting for the max power.
Ya I see why a 2.2L single cam vtec is WAY ******* better then a 2.0L which made equal torque and way more power. I get it.

the only bad thing i heard about K-series motors are that the transmissions are garbage (specifically the second gear only). they start out good at the beginning and after slammin gears a lot, the second gear starts to grind early versus a B-series that can slam gears with no problems. yes, i know the driver could make a difference but two of my friends own the 05 RSX Type S (original owners) and they both grind at second now. i also knew someone that swapped a k-series into his civic hatch ek and he cant slam into second gear. And if you still dont believe me, i verified it with them and they said its talked about all over clubrsx.com
