I need new light bulbs for my car really bad. Im thinking about getting Polarg H4H B1 Hybrid Halogen Bulbs 4300k from jdmland.com. The power consumption is a mere 60W/55W but the output is 130W/125W. I heard that my headlights could melt pretty easy. Would these be safe?

Um, 55W is a standard low beam bulb, and 60W is lower than a standard 65W high beam bulb. They will get hotter, since they're coated, but not enough hotter to worry over.
And the output is no where near 130W equivalent. Its the same marketing junk that PIAA uses with their silly 55W=130W marketing. Its just that, marketing. I put a set of PIAA extreme while bulbs in my car, but I also used 9005 (62W) bulbs instead of the stock 9006 bulbs, and they did indeed seem brighter and I was happy. When one burned out, I bought a $6.95 Sylvania Xtra Vision 9006 (55W), and its as bright, if not brighter, than the PIAA bulb. More light, from a bulb drawing less power, probably because its clear glass, not blue tinted glass, like the PIAA bulbs are.
