I'm thinking about buying some B+G springs and its a 1.25 inch drop. Now when i put the springs back into the car will i have to compress them again? Its for a 93 accord if that helps.
yes you have to compress the springs with a springs compresser inorder to put then on your struts/shocks then you put on the top hat and put the whole assembly back into your car.
yea u'll need to recompress the decompressed spring/strut. haha you use a kabobulator to do that. i tried to put on the spring/strut back on my car without compressing it before, and found out that the spring was out of place and not aligned up with the struts..
RECOMPRESS THE DECOMPRESSED WITH A KABOBULATOR
RECOMPRESS THE DECOMPRESSED WITH A KABOBULATOR
With some springs this is not necessary though. When I re-installed my neuspeed sports after removing the factory springs, I did not have to compress them.... worked perfectly
